Colombia San Gabriel

Description: This coffee is from the San Gabriel farm and marks our first direct trade relationship! Carolina and her family own and operate the farm, as well as handling the importing and exporting role. We are honored to be able to offer our version of this crop to you. It is bursting with flavor as it is smooth with sweet chocolate undertones, and berry brightness up front. With mild nuanced acidity, it is well balanced to make for an overall delicious cup. We're excited to offer you this coffee as a single origin, as it serves well through a variety of brew methods! 

Flavor Notes: Cacao, Berry, Cherry, Sugar Cane, Brown Sugar

Audience: Those that love smooth medium roast coffees with a slight hint of brightness. The acidity is very low but present to be enjoyed. This coffee serves well as drip, espresso, cold brew, French Press, and Aero-press.
