Just pulled a shot from my Gaggia Classic Pro (gaggiuino) and thought the flavor was lovely! It’s not as citrusy as other Ethiopian varieties that I’ve had and I don’t have a trained palate but I can say I like it. Buy yourself some! Also it was in my mailbox only 3 days after ordering. Big plus.
It is such a treat to be able to get high-quality coffee, roasted to perfection with clear passion. The consistency in the quality of roasting takes a lot of effort and with Bellus, that labor is matched with willingness to help. I use a manual Gaccia Classic. Seth helped me to dial-in the machine so that I can get consistently beautiful shots.
