Impression is the foundation of our lineup — built to bring together the familiar comfort of coffee with a glimpse of what specialty coffee can offer.

Chocolate and caramel form the foundation, with deep sweetness and a smooth, rounded body. A touch of fruit and citrus adds just enough brightness to create contrast without taking over the cup.

The result is rich, balanced, and approachable, but there’s more to discover as you spend time with it. You may notice the chocolate first, the sweetness underneath it, or the subtle fruit that lifts the finish.

It is such a treat to be able to get high-quality coffee, roasted to perfection with clear passion. The consistency in the quality of roasting takes a lot of effort and with Bellus, that labor is matched with willingness to help. I use a manual Gaccia Classic. Seth helped me to dial-in the machine so that I can get consistently beautiful shots.
