Darker Roast is our boldest expression, crafted for those who appreciate depth and richness without sacrificing balance. Rather than pushing the roast to bitterness, we approach darker development with care and restraint, preserving sweetness and structure while drawing out fuller, deeper tones.

The result is robust yet composed. Dark chocolate leads the cup, followed by notes of cola and molasses with a smooth, lingering finish. It is full bodied and comforting, offering intensity without harshness.

While the origin may rotate seasonally, Darker Roast maintains its character through thoughtful sourcing and precise roasting. The current release features a Brazil Natural, selected for its inherent sweetness and ability to carry deeper development with clarity and balance.
