About the Coffee
Our current rotation comes from Pitalito in Colombia's Huila region, an area known for producing exceptional specialty coffees.
This washed coffee offers a heavy body, rounded sweetness, and medium acidity. Notes of bittersweet chocolate and nougat provide a rich foundation, while cherry adds a pleasant fruit character.
The result is a coffee that performs beautifully as espresso without sacrificing its versatility across other brewing methods.
