Produced by Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso, this fermented natural Pink Bourbon delivers a bright, fruit-driven profile that feels right at home in early spring. The careful fermentation and slow drying process intensify the fruit while keeping the cup clean and structured.

The first impression is unmistakable: cherry lemonade. Sweet citrus and juicy red fruit come together in a way that is both refreshing and vibrant. Raspberry adds a soft, jammy sweetness, while hibiscus brings a light floral lift that keeps the cup lively from start to finish.

It’s bright, but not sharp. Sweet, but not heavy. The balance makes it easy to enjoy while still standing out as something special.

This is a limited microlot and one of the most dynamic coffees on our current lineup.
