The Daily is our rotating single origin series for coffees that feel special without needing to feel unfamiliar. Each release is selected for its approachable character, natural sweetness, and ability to become the cup you reach for again and again.
These are coffees for people who want more from their daily cup without being told that “more” has to mean brighter, fruitier, or more unusual.
The Daily celebrates the depth that can exist within familiar flavors. Each coffee is roasted with a slightly more developed approach to emphasize sweetness, body, and warmth while preserving the qualities that make its origin distinct.
No two rotations will be exactly the same, but each carries the same intention: to take the kind of coffee people already love and show just how good it can be.

Current Rotation: Uganda Mt. Elgon
This release comes from the slopes of Mount Elgon in Uganda, where high elevations, volcanic soil, and generations of coffee growing contribute to coffees with remarkable sweetness, body, and depth.
For this rotation, we use a medium, slightly more developed roast to bring forward the coffee's deeper chocolate character while allowing its natural fruit sweetness to remain present.
Dark chocolate creates a rich and familiar foundation. Sweet plum brings a soft fruit brightness, while creamy nougat rounds out the finish with warmth and smoothness.
The result is a coffee that feels immediately comfortable while leaving a little more to discover with each cup.
As drip, it is smooth, full, and easy to return to throughout the day. The chocolate provides a steady foundation while the plum adds enough sweetness and brightness to keep the cup lively.
As espresso, it develops a rich body, deep chocolate sweetness, and creamy finish that works beautifully on its own or with milk.

About the Coffee
Mount Elgon sits along the eastern border of Uganda and is home to generations of smallholder coffee farmers. The region's elevation, volcanic soil, and cooler growing conditions allow coffee cherries to develop slowly, contributing to sweetness, structure, and depth in the cup.
