The Daily is our rotating single origin series created for coffees that feel special without feeling unfamiliar. Each release is selected for its approachable character, comforting sweetness, and ability to become the cup you reach for again and again.
These are coffees for people who want something more thoughtful than the standard daily roast, but still want a cup that feels steady, familiar, and easy to enjoy.
Rather than focusing on highly experimental or extreme flavor profiles, The Daily celebrates coffees with broad appeal and quiet depth. Every origin is roasted with a slightly more developed approach to bring out sweetness, body, and warmth while preserving the qualities that make the coffee distinct.
No two rotations will be exactly the same, but each one will carry the same intention: to take the kind of coffee people already love and bring it one step further.

This current release comes from the slopes of Mount Elgon in Uganda, a region known for its rich volcanic soil, high elevations, and deeply rooted coffee-growing traditions.
For this rotation, we are roasting with a medium, slightly more developed profile to highlight the coffee’s deeper chocolate character while preserving its natural fruit sweetness.
The cup opens with dark chocolate, giving it a rich and familiar foundation. Sweet plum brings a soft, fruit-like brightness, while creamy nougat rounds out the finish with warmth and smoothness.
The result is a coffee that feels comforting from the first sip, but still offers enough depth and character to make the cup feel elevated.
As drip, it is smooth, full, and easy to drink throughout the day. The chocolate notes create a steady base, while the plum adds just enough sweetness to keep the cup lively and balanced.
As espresso, it produces a rich body, deep chocolate sweetness, and a creamy finish that works beautifully on its own or with milk.

Mount Elgon sits along the eastern border of Uganda and is home to generations of smallholder coffee farmers. The region’s elevation, volcanic soil, and cooler growing conditions allow coffee cherries to develop slowly, contributing to sweetness, structure, and depth in the cup.
Ugandan coffees are often known for their rich body and chocolate-forward character, making them especially well suited for drinkers who enjoy a deeper, more grounded profile.
